  • DSL service speed slow



    I have worked for a week communicating with at least 10 people with AT&T to restore my service back to Elite 6 meg service, it is running 768K. It was turned down because of an extended vacation and request to restore service has been impossible! I don't understand how something was so easy to change to a lower speed is so much of an issue to restore back to my speed. I have a 4 page letter that I will be mailing, though I think it is going to be a waste of time. What gets me is they always say they want to exceed my expectations! More...

  • At&t cable, service and billing



    My mother just turned 78yrs she's doe's pretty good for her age but she gets very confused and her patience for electrical gadgets are to much for her. She has/had a digital box from At&t so she could get a couple channel on it for the program it has, ever since my mom has had this box it has been a nightmare for me and my family. At least once a week she would lose her service or she would push the wrong button on the remote and lose everything.   • AT&T internet service



    It is LITERALLY the WORST internet I have EVER had. I have to close and re-open 5-50 times every time I am browsing because it loses connection. The kicker? The AT&T maintenance building is literally 4 blocks from my house. After many phone calls and emails they have done NOTHING for me. It has sucked the entire 2 years I have had it and I am SO glad this month my contract is finally OVER!!!! I would NEVER EVER suggest anyone get this internet unless you want to pay $50 a month for complete crap that only works about 50% of the time. More...

  • They tell you one thing and the bill is something else



    I signed up with AT&T for their phone and internet service. The bill was suppose to be 66.39 a month. The first couple of months things were good then the bill started rising. I have unlimited phone and internet service but they changed the rules and charge me way more than they said they would. I am very unsatified with AT&T and they are not to be trusted on their promotions, deals, or services.     Where should i Start. started by placing my order to receive internet service. I was promised a date of installation by Clerk ID LD07R who they can not find. my order was to be completed the following week. when i called to cancel they told me the person that took the order is out of state and they dont have a way of finding out. BS....So i cancelled my installation ordered service elsewhere.     Contacted AT&T today about service interruption. The customer support rep told me that I would need to pay the past due balance was $76 and then they would be able to restore services. After going and making an $80 deposit I called them back on the direct line to the department that the rep works. I was then advised that they could not restore services for the $76, instead I would need to pay $135. Come on AT&T! I know that you are a large company and it is hard for everyone to get on the same page but where is the line drawn? When do you hold your reps accountable for what they... More...
